Not only is President Bush looking like he was the cat that just got away with eating the mouse, but our buddy Dick looks like he needs his afternoon nap.
This is a classic shot and as I saw some o fthe others that were taken by the White House photo staff, I realized this guy probaby has many funny and telling photos out there for our enjoyment. I am going to complie a bunch of these for everyone's viewing.
