Well, it seems that we are done. No need to even show-up to vote Tuesday. No need for a party. No need to even watch the polls. Well, it had to end, I just never figured it would be so soon.George Allen pulled one of the biggest October Surprises I have seen since Reagan cut a deal with the Iran Government. Oh well, maybe not that long ago, I forgot about gas prices dropping almost $1 in the last few weeks. Karl Rove is hard at work these days.
But man, this is a big one. You look at these things as they are breaking and watch the media to see how they react to these types of annoucements. I think this is going to be a splash in the media, and Webb has no chance to get out of it. We live in Virginia guys, it is over! It's over johnny!
Even for me this surprise is a big one. I have never in my life voted for an 'R' - Never (well okay 99% of the time, I didn't vote for Mondale)! And I never will vote for an 'R', well okay never say never. But Webb has been taken out. He is done. Cooked. Almost burnt toast!
Here is what the Allen campaign released tonight... It is a Press Release of quotes from Webb's many books he wrote. Well, these books Webb wrote look like hardcore porn, with some Child Porn thrown in for fun. Wow, this guy is a little twisted, okay a lot twisted!

Now, I can understand this is literature, but man, this guy has quite a mind. I always thought the guy looked a little strange.
The good news... I don't have to go to the polls on Tuesday. I can't vote for Allen, he is a bad man, but this is even worse! I guess we have many more years of Allen as our leader. Maybe we can get a real candidate to take out Warner next time!
