What Goes Around....

When you tell your flavor of wacko that they should feel hatred towards the opposing side then don't act all surprised when someone actually takes you up on your offer...

The problem is that people like Palin work everyone up telling the country that Obama pals around with terrorists, and that he's intentionally trying to erode the country, and THEN they put targets on him. They do this for the real Americans; the ones that know that no one should stand between them and their guns.

Of course she didn't mean to go kill politicians, and of course people use those terms every day. But put it into perspective. If you stoke a fire and stoke a fire, eventually throwing in a single firecracker can blow someone's finger off.

Palin is a Big Fat Liar...

Palin is being investigated for her decision to fire police commissioner Walt Monegan. It is alleged she fired him because he refused to fire a state trooper who was divorced from her sister.

At a press conference called to contend the allegations, Palin said she fired him because of incompetence. But two weeks before, she said the exact opposite when telling the media she had offered him a job because of his competence.

The core issue for the firing was his lack of experience in alcohol control, but in fact she offered him a job as Director of the Alcohol Beverage Control Board which shows that she clearly does not think he is weak at rural alcohol abuse and bootlegging issues.

This video actually is pretty interesting as it shows she changes her story within weeks, and the first clip is before the personal problems had begun. So far, the national media apparently has not discovered this video, as it has not been reported on by a major news organization.



It goes to the heart of the Troopergate scandal because it shows Palin is not being honest about why she fired Monegan.

The Palin Doctrine

While suturing a laceration on the hand of a 70-year-old Texas rancher (whose hand had caught in a gate while working cattle), a doctor and the old man were talking about Sarah Palin being McCain's VP selection.

The old Texan said, "Well, ya know, Palin is a 'post turtle'."

Not knowing what the old man meant, the doctor asked him what a post turtle was.

The old man said, "When you're driving down a country road and you come across a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, that's a post turtle."

The old man saw a puzzled look on the doctor's face, so he continued to explain, "You know he didn't get there by himself, he doesn't belong there, he doesn't know what to do while he's up there, and you just want to help the poor stupid guy get down."

This Is Just Sad....

At this point I just don't know what to say. This Palin gal is just a total retard. I have met many people that work close in the Republican party and they pride themselves on their intelligence and experience. I can't imagine they really think Palin is a good choice for VP, or even for Mayor of Wasla.

In reality I think this might be a ploy to make Bush look smart. She is like a female version of Bush, with less experience and even dumber.

My favorite quote on this video "Our next door neighbors are foreign countries. They're in the state that I am the executive of..." Canada and Russia are IN Alaska?

Notice how Palin has the same patronizing speech pattern as Bush? Vacuous comments are hard enough to hear from leaders without being treated as if we are the simpletons.

This is funny right now but wouldn't be as humorous if she was helping old man fiddle run the country!
